In Grandma's Attic, by Arleta Richardson, is a sweet book in which a grandmother relates stories from her childhood, each of which teaches a valuable lesson. Not only have my girls enjoyed these stories; I read them when I was a child as well! This book would be appropriate as a read-aloud for young children and as a read-alone book for ages nine and up. [Edited to note: Cover of book I am offering varies somewhat from picture in link.]
