Late to the Pinterest Party

I know how quickly time can slip by when I'm on the Internet.  I try to monitor the amount of time I spend on the computer each day to ensure that I'm living my life in real time, not just plugged in while the world moves on without me.

I had avoided Pinterest on that basis, afraid that I might spend hours endlessly admiring the creativity that is out there.  However, last weekend I decided to give it a try.  I like the idea of using Pinterest as a place where I can "pin" things I love.  I see it as a quick and easy way to keep track of books to read, outfit ideas, recipes, decorating inspiration, etc.  In the future, if I see that it involves too much time, I can step away from it.

I'd love to see if I can pull this look together with things I already own.  (Okay, not the hair....)
