A Sticky Note Scavenger Hunt (And a Video Message)

I thought we'd end our series on a fun note with one of my favorite activities to do with my children.

I'm calling it a sticky note scavenger hunt.  Write down a few clues on sticky notes.  Use as few or as many notes as you like; I usually do four or five.  Hide them around the house and have your daughter follow the clues to receive a little surprise treat.

If you have more than one daughter, you can have them work together or do separate hunts.  As for the reward at the end, it can be something as simple as a piece of candy, stickers, new pens or pencils, etc.  No matter how old my girls get, they still love doing this!

And while video is not my favorite choice of communication, here's a quick message from me to wrap up the series!  (If you're reading this in an e-mail or feed reader, you may have to click over to the blog to see the video.)

  1. My kids love scavenger hunts! I bet your girls do, too! Your video isn't showing up on my computer, so I can't watch it.
