Bake Your Daughter a Favorite Treat
So today's challenge is a fun one for me! I think this is one of the ways I like to speak love to my family.
I'm going to bake each of my daughters a favorite treat today. My 12-year old adores fudge (which is way too sweet even for my sweet tooth!), so I'm going to make her this Cookie Dough Fudge, without the nuts. My 14-year-old likes these Sweet and Saltines, so that's what I'm making for her. (They are hard for me to resist!) Our girls will have a tasty snack waiting for them after school.
I'm enjoying doing these little things for our daughters this month! It helps me remember to be intentional about letting them know how special they are to me.
If you've missed earlier posts in this series, you can go to my 31 Days host page and catch up on all the ways we're showing love to our daughters in October!

Tracey, I have been reading and enjoying your posts on "31 Day of Loving Our Daughters". It occurred to me today that your suggestions and actions are tremendous ways to show love to anyone we are involved with, not just daughters! Thank you for these great suggestions! Chris
