Just to tie up loose ends from 2012...
You'll see that December was a good month for many things, but not for personal reading!
- Organizing Your Day: Time Management Techniques That Will Work for You by Sandra Felton and Marsha Sims. This was a good, practical read as I thought about changes I could make to my schedule in the new year.
- The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg. Considering how many things we do out of habit - and how we can change bad habits to good ones - made this a fascinating book.
- Invisible by Lorena McCourtney. I'd like to read more books in this series about an older widow turned sleuth.
Organizing Your Day sounds like a book I could use. I feel so disorganized, although we do have a routine. It just feels like I'm wasting time...somewhere.... I'll have to look into this book. Thanks for the recommendation.
ReplyDeleteYes - it gives practical suggestions for planning and scheduling your day. I can always use some new suggestions in that area. :)
DeleteI really liked The Power of Habit, and Invisible has been on my list but I haven't gotten to it yet.
